Accountability in a time of crisis.
The intersection of existential threats has led humanity to a highly vulnerable state, as we respond ineffectively to each new crisis on the basis of human heuristics, ill-suited to intra-generational adaptation. One such threat, the rise of populism and erosion of democracy compounds our inability to respond to the others. It is only by buttressing the tools of democracy, truth, accountability and integrity in office, that we stand a chance in the face of overwhelming odds.
